• Messages and interactions with Staycee, our AI assistant
• Metadata related to the session (e.g., timestamps, property linked, device type)

Note: Guests do not need to create an account to use Staycee, but their conversation transcripts are stored for quality assurance, service improvement, and to support host-guest interactions.

c. Technical Information

• Browser type
• Device identifiers
• IP address
• Pages visited
• Session duration and activity

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Deliver and improve our AI concierge service
• Personalize guest interactions based on property-specific content
• Support host requests and troubleshooting
